and sell stocks, sort of. Back in the 80's I traded in my 84' Z (z28) for a minivan for the family at a dealership in Beumont Port Arthur TX. I was bargaining a price which had them on the phone trying to get the best price for my trade-in. The dealership had me take a new car home and leave the Z28 there overnight while they finalized the deal and got things ready for us to pick up the next day (it was after 10pm at that point). The next morning we drove back down to the dealership (I was in the Army stationed at Ft. Polk LA) and I saw my Z28 on a car trailor with five other cars. I asked the guy if they were taking it to one of their used car dealers and the guy told me they had sold it to a dealership and it was on it's way to Chicago right after I sign the papers. Those guys move fast.
